At The Sheepdogs, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
